He is a DPhil Oxford-trained Global Economist & Harvard-trained International Lawyer and MIT-trained in Technological Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Strategic Management (TIES). Kojo was called to the Washington and California Bar. He holds an SJD & JD in Law, Science & Technology graduating Summa Cum Laude and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate & Transactional Law all from Harvard Law School, USA, and another Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Governance & Practice from Stanford Law School, USA, a DPhil & MPhil in Economics from University of Oxford, UK and an MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School, USA. Group Captain Samuel O. Agyei
Group Captain Retired Samuel Osae Agyei is a board member of the advisory board of Business District. He is a Business Executive and a Retired Group Captain of the Ghana Air Force. Group Captain Retired Agyei holds a certificate in Electrical Engineering from Accra & Kumasi Polythenic and also a Postgraduate Diploma in Aerial Photography (Survey Flight) at Air Navigation School, Royal Airforce. UK. He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in ITC Engineer from the International Institute of Aerial Survey and Earth Sciences (ITC) in Netherlands. He attended the Squadron Officer School (SOS) in Air University, Maxwell Airforce Base, Montgomery, Alabama, USA. He has also attended various courses in Air navigation, Pilot training and other military and piloting courses both locally and internationally. He has over 40 years working experience in the aviation industry. Group Captain Retired Agyei held the position of Director of Public Relations at the Ghana Armed Forces and he was also the Acting Director of Protocol at the Ministry of Defence. He was in charge of policy formulation at the Air Force headquarters in Accra concerning all flying matters when he was appointed as the Senior Air Staff Officer. Group Captain Retired Agyei also held the position of Senior Operations Staff Officer at the Air Force headquarters responsible for flight safety of all Ghana Air Force Aircraft and he was also the Chief Ground Instructor at the Flying Training School at the Air Force Station in Takoradi.
Group Captain Retired Agyei is a Ghanaian citizen and he is married with children. His hobbies include basketball, badminton and swimming.
Mr. Paul Atta Ansah
Mr. Paul A. Ansah is a board member of the advisory board of Business District and the CFO / COO. Paul is a graduate of University of Glasgow, UK, an alumnus of Adam Smith Business School with an Msc in Investment Banking & Finance. He is a trained Executive Strategic Management, Financial Architect and Investment Banker. He also holds a BA (Hons) degree in Economics & Geography from the University of Ghana. Paul has over Fifteen (15) years work experience with Eight (8) years in Executive Management Level and Six (6) years in Top Senior Management Level both in International and National Management Consulting. He is responsible for the Executive Strategic Operational Executions of the company and Cross Chain Venture Management Architectural responsibilities.
He has acted as Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Business District on many occasions in the absence of the Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Emmanuel A. Agyei
Mr. E. A. Agyei is a board member of the advisory board of Business District. Mr. Agyei is a Business Executive, a Pharmaceutical & Quality Control Assurance analyst and an Industrial Relations Practitioner. He is a graduate of Sekondi College and has attended a series of courses in management, industrial quality control and trade unionist both nationally and internationally. He has over 35 years working experience as a quality assurance officer (Industrial Pharmacy) and 45 years as a Trade Unionist. Mr. Agyei rose through the ranks to become the Chief Quality Assurance Officer in Industrial Pharmacy at the Research and Development section of the Quality Assurance Department of Phyto-Riker (GIHOC) Pharmaceutical Ltd. He also held the position of National Chairman for the Ghana Industrial Holding Corporation Workers Union Council as well as the Divisional Chairman and National Vice Chairman of the General Transport, Petroleum and Chemical Workers Union of Trades Union Congress Ghana. Mr. Agyei was a member of the Joint Consultative/Board of Directors of GIHOC Pharmaceuticals and an Executive member of the Accra District Council of Labour. He was also a member of the Ghana Industrial Holding Corporation Central Investment Committee and was part of the technical committee of a thirty-three million Euro (€33million) loan/grant for a turn-key pharmaceutical plant extension at GIHOC Pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Agyei is a Ghanaian citizen and he is married with children. His hobbies include playing table tennis and watching football.
Mr. Joseph Gyan Agyei
Mr. Joseph Gyan Agyei is a board member of the advisory board of Business District. Mr. Joseph Agyei is a Business Executive and an Auditor by profession. He is a graduate of SNAPS College of Accountancy and Takoradi Polythenic with HND in Accounting with specialization in auditing. He has over 44 years of experience in the practice of auditing. Mr. Agyei rose through the ranks from Assistant Internal Auditor for fourteen (14) years to the position of National Head of Audit, Internal Auditor, Presbyterian Church of Ghana (PCG), Headquarters. He was the Head of Internal Audit for two (2) years. He also worked as an internal auditor for four (4) years for the Kwahu Presbytery, PCG in the Eastern Region and was also the Internal Auditor for the Western Presbytery, (PCG), Western Region for three (3) years. Mr Agyei worked for sixteen (16) years for GNTC rising through ranks from audit assistant to acting Internal Audit Manager for Western and Central Region. He held the position of acting Internal Audit Manager for two (2) years.
Mr. Agyei is a Ghanaian citizen and he is married with children. His hobbies include Christian music ministration, Bible meditation, boxing and football.
